Data entry checks

It is very easy to make mistakes when entering data into the computer. Usually, data entered by one operator is checked by another by entering the same data once again for verification purpose. If the two sets of data do not match exactly, then either the first or the second operator has made mistake, and this can be corrected by comparing with original document.
In order to keep the entered data to be correct, the second type of verification is done by the programs for checking the validity check. (i.e. the degree of the closeness by which entered data approach the correct result).
The complete updating is only completed after performing the following tasks.
1. List printing
2. List verification
3. Deleting data
4. Final List printing
5. Final List verification
These tasks may be repeated several times until the correct data are obtained.
