Features of Third Generation Computer are as follows:

1. Integrated Circuits were used in place of transistors.
2. Semiconductor memory was used insted of magnetic core memory.
3. Mini computers were introduced during this time.
4. Operating speed is high (e.g. nano seconds).
5. High level languages were used widely 
6. They were smaller in size and better in performance and reliability.
