The security of data is concerned with the control of circulation of information or data.The protection or security of data is the ethical use of data. It imposes the restrictions on the data stored in the computer system and the purpose for what it is to be used. Other aspects of data security is that accurate data may not used.
Data concerning persons or organizations should be kept secured against the risk as loss or unauthorized access, destruction, use, modification disclosure of data, etc. Necessary security measures should be applied for the protection of data stored in the computer against accident loss.
