Every developed system should be evaluated at regular intervals to determine whether it is able to meet all the requirements, to determine how much it is costing to operate, to decide if some modification or improvements are to be made.
The system evaluation can be considered as similar to the feasibility study in many respects. After evaluation, if major changes are to be made in the developed software system, then it becomes similar to a new software system to be developed which again need all the stages of the cycle so as to complete it .Thus, the cycle seems to be repeated again.
